Entry Level Operator - THC Friendly, Weekly Pay

Hello! We are Hiring for Entry Level Operators in Queen Creek, AZ!

Job Description

• Transfers, stocks, loads/unloads materials for the production lines.
• These materials may vary by business team: diffusers, holders, retainers, initiators, o-rings, end caps, sleeves, canisters, filters, tubes, disks, foil seals, springs, support barrels, shorting clips, labels and generant.
• Operates station, machinery, and equipment where operations allow minor operator latitude as to method of production or process.
• Performs traceability activities to ensure accurate tracking of products/materials.
• Rotates through various stations.
• May check, correct or perform rework of inflators.
• Performs quality procedures/audits including dimensional checks as required; performs visual inspection of completed inflators and other parts.

Skills

• Entry level (no experience required).
• GED or HS diploma required (or in process of getting it.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, etc up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to stand the entire 8 hour shift.
• Good attendance.

Pay and Shifts

• 1st shift: 6 am - 2:30 pm ($17/hour)
• 2nd shift: 2 pm - 10:30 pm (10 % differential = $18.70/hour)
• 3rd shift: 10 pm - 6:30 am (15% differential = $19.55/hour)
• Must be able to work any day of the week.
• Rotating schedule 6 days on 2 days off. must be able to work weekends.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Queen Creek, Arizona.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.55/hr.
