About NGL Transportation:
NGL is an Asset-based Logistics Service Provider offering end-to-end logistics services from 3PL to nationwide transportation. We cater to the logistics needs of global clients such as Apple, Conair, Costco, Amazon, and more. Our fleet consists of 300 vehicles, 900 chassis, and dry vans with yards and warehouses. Job Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls in a professional and efficient manner
- Handling customer inquiries regarding shipments, deliveries, and logistics services
- Providing information about company services and policies
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Updating customer records and information in the database
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good multi-tasking skills
- Attention to detail
- Customer-oriented mindset
Desired Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role
- Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
- Knowledge of CRM software and call center technology
- Previous experience with order processing and tracking
Salary & Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from $24 to $27 per hour. Employees will also receive additional benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, retirement plans, and career development opportunities.
