Tax Senior
Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid)
A well-established CPA firm in Scottsdale with approximately 50 professionals is seeking a Tax Senior to join its team.
This firm has built a reputation for high employee retention, excellent culture, and strong work-life balance.
ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review tax returns for individuals and businesses
Work with partnerships, corporations, and high-net-worth clients
Assist managers and partners with planning strategies
Mentor junior tax staff
Maintain strong client relationships
Very strong employee tenure
Flexible work environment
Reasonable busy season hours
Excellent benefits and competitive compensation
Collaborative team environment
3+ years of public accounting tax experience
CPA or CPA progress preferred
