The candidate will have an exceptional work ethic and organizational skills, with close attention to detail. Must have experience working with medical marijuana and knowledgeable on growing techniques and plant care.

Duties and Essential Functions:
- Facilitate intake and distribution of inventory in and out of production rooms
- Pull and organize inventory for orders
- Coordinate with sales department to ensure streamlined delivery operations
- Perform monthly audits and cycle counts
- Assist with annual compliance and internal audits
- Count/record raw material inventory
- Investigate inventory discrepancies
- Analyze the root cause of inventory issues and provide solutions
- Create detailed notes and reports regarding on hand inventory
- Maintain state compliance standards
- Perform batching within the ERP software (Flourish)
- Developing plans to ensure smooth product flow alongside management
- Providing all daily, weekly, and Monthly reports timely and ensuring all reports are complete and accurate prior to posting
- Receive all incoming packages, verify accuracy of shipments, distribute material as needed
- Create/move/modify/destroy plants in ERP software (Flourish)
- Assist with general day-to-day activities in the inventory department
- Maintain clean and organized work area
Other Associated Factors:
- Lift, pull or push 50+ pounds
- Stand for extended periods of time
- Sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, lifting and using ladders
- Team oriented individual able to work under the direction of the Inventory Control Manager
- Able to handle exposure to fertilizer, dusts, odors, high heat, low temperature, humidity, different noise levels, plant pathogens and other environmental variables
- Ability to deal with problems and resolve them in a professional manner
Education and Experience:
- Minimum High School or G.E.D. equivalent required
- At least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the US.
- At least 2+ years of Inventory experience
- Cannabis experience is preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Starting pay: $18 - $22 per hours, based on knowledge and experience
