To maintain the high standards our name is built on, we’re hiring a Quality Assurance Inspector to make sure every job meets or exceeds expectations—every time.
Job Summary
The QA Inspector is responsible for visiting active and completed roofing job sites to inspect work at every stage—before, during, and after installation. You’ll be the final check on workmanship, safety, and code compliance. This role also includes handling light touch-up repairs and supporting our team with warranty inspections.
What You’ll Do
- Inspect roofing jobs at various stages for quality, accuracy, and safety
- Identify and document deficiencies or code issues
- Perform light on-site repairs (e.g., sealant, flashing, shingle touch-ups)
- Communicate clearly with crews and project managers
- Conduct inspections related to warranty claims
- Ensure jobs meet manufacturer specs and local building codes
- Maintain organized records of inspections and repair visits
- Support our team with constructive feedback and quality improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Roofing experience ( experience with Shingles, Mod Bit, Tile, Coatings and Foam required )
- Hands-on skills for light repairs
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Clear communication and note-taking skills
- Ability to self-manage and follow a schedule
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
