This hands-on leadership role is focused on driving accountability, overseeing operational workflows, managing productivity, and ensuring the team consistently meets organizational targets and goals.If you are a proactive leader who can balance operational management with team accountability, minimize distractions, and foster a supportive yet results-driven environment, this role is for you. We are looking for a 'doer,' who can motivate, drive and complete a large number of tasks daily. We provide complete industry specific training, but the right candidate must be a quick learner, sharp and able to retain large amounts of information and apply them daily to succeed.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations and administrative workflows to ensure smooth and efficient processesManage and hold accountable onboarding and admin staff to deadlines, quality standards, and company policiesAddress and correct unproductive behaviors, including excessive chit-chat or distractionsProvide hands-on support to resolve operational issues and streamline processesCoordinate scheduling, workload distribution, and performance tracking for the teamServe as the primary escalation point for operational challenges and facilitate timely resolutionCoach and mentor team members to enhance individual and group performanceCollaborate with HR leadership to align operations with organizational prioritiesIdentify, recommend, and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and effectivenessThe candidate in this role will need to be able to work in-person at our Scottsdale office, Monday to Friday, starting in the morning to around 7pm daily.Qualifications:Proven experience supervising or managing teams with operational responsibilities, preferably in HR, onboarding, or administrative functionsStrong ability to enforce accountability and manage employee behavior firmly and fairlyExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsResults-oriented with a hands-on, proactive leadership styleComfortable using HRIS, onboarding software, and operational productivity toolsMature, professional demeanor with the ability to lead by exampleWhy Join Us?Lead critical operations and administrative functions with direct impact on company successWork in a professional, mission-driven environmentOpportunities for growth and developmentWork daily to improve the life of others
