Tax Manager

$110,000-$150,000 base salary (depending on experience)

Responsibilities include:

• Lead tax compliance, including income tax provisions, federal and state filings, tax planning, and audit support.
• Prepare tax-related financial reporting, journal entries, reconciliations, and technical accounting documentation.
• Monitor tax law changes, strengthen internal controls, and drive process improvements across the tax function.
• Partner with internal teams and external advisors to support tax credits, strategic initiatives, and complex tax matters.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline tax research, technical analysis, workflow efficiency, and reporting accuracy.

Requirements:

• CPA required
• 5 years of corporate tax experience required
• Tax provision and compliance experience required
• Federal and state tax experience required
• Big 4 or public company experience preferred
• NetSuite or ERP system experience preferred
