Healthcare Services Representative - Remote | WFH

We're looking for a Remote Patient Services Coordinator to help ensure seamless coordination of medical services, member transitions, and referrals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has strong customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
✔ Support the coordination of medical services, including managing member transitions and referrals.
✔ Create authorizations in QNXT to facilitate continuity of care.
✔ Screen incoming forms and apply targeted intervention business rules.
✔ Make appropriate referrals to medical services staff and coordinate necessary care.
✔ Assist with authorization creation, appointment scheduling, outreach to members, and referral follow-ups.
✔ Conduct call center outreach to members about referrals, gaps in care, and needed services.
✔ Collaborate with nurses and medical directors to coordinate healthcare service delivery.

What You'll Need
✅ Education: High School Diploma or GED (Required).
✅ Experience: 1-2+ years in a call center environment (Required).
✅ Strong customer service, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
✅ Comfortable receiving feedback and open to continuous development.
✅ Basic knowledge of medical terminology is required.
✅ Proficient in computer navigation and multitasking.

Additional Information
This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in Phoenix, AZ for equipment pickup and occasional onsite meetings.
