Pay Rate: $40 - $50.40/hr (depending on experience)

Work Schedule: Hybrid – 1st Shift
Note: New hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite Monday-Friday for the first 90 days before becoming eligible for a hybrid schedule.

Position Summary

This role supports Honeywell Aerospace U.S. and international government and commercial businesses by leading compliant pricing, proposal, sourcing, and subcontract activities within a FAR Part 15 environment.

The selected candidate will support key Honeywell government programs by preparing compliant FAR proposals, negotiating subcontracts and long-term agreements, analyzing supplier cost and pricing data, and developing pricing strategies that drive growth and profitability while ensuring regulatory compliance.

This position partners closely with Finance, Contracts, Program Management, Operations, Pricing, and suppliers to execute end-to-end FAR15 proposal and subcontract activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 15 / TINA compliant proposals for U.S. Government agencies, prime contractors, and international customers
• Execute FAR15 subcontracts in accordance with FAR, DFARS, and applicable regulations
• Support DCAA, DCMA, and prime contractor audits, fact-finds, and data requests
• Conduct supplier cost and pricing analysis to support negotiations and contract awards
• Lead contract and pricing negotiations for short- and long-term agreements
• Build strong negotiation strategies and positions for contract execution
• Develop business cases, risk mitigation plans, and competitive pricing strategies
• Manage key suppliers and support long-term supplier relationship strategies
• Support pricing recommendations for transactional spares and repairs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Contracts, Program Management, Sales, and Operations
• Mentor and train team members as needed
• Drive process improvements, productivity enhancements, and organizational excellence initiatives
• Support speed-to-contract initiatives and increase contract penetration within government acquisition requirements

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required (No dual citizenship)
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline preferred
• 3-5+ years of experience in pricing, sourcing, procurement, supply chain, finance, subcontract management, or government contracting
• Experience supporting FAR Part 15 / TINA compliant proposals and subcontracts
• Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and government procurement regulations
• Experience with subcontract negotiations and supplier management
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
• Ability to travel up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within aerospace, defense, or government contracting environments
• Experience managing subcontract types including FFP, CP, and CPIF
• Experience with Truthful Cost or Pricing Data (TCPD) requirements
• Experience supporting DCAA, DCMA, or prime contractor audits
• Ability to build financial models and perform cost/price analysis
• Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma
• Strong understanding of contract terms and conditions negotiation
• Ability to work independently and lead initiatives
