Foster Family/DCS Adoption Specialist

Now, we’re looking for a passionate Foster Family/DCS Adoption Specialist to join our Southern Arizona team and help us continue this life-changing work.
As the Foster Family/DCS Adoption Specialist, you will:
- Conduct home studies and assess families for foster care and adoption readiness.
- Support families through the licensing and adoption process with compassion and professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with state licensing and agency policies.
- Maintain accurate case records and serve as a liaison with DCS.
- Collaborate with a supportive, mission-driven team.
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Family & Marriage Studies, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in parenting support, counseling, or in-home services.
- A heart for ministry and a desire to serve children and families in crisis.
