Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience providing speech and language therapy in a school setting preferred
• Strong assessment, documentation, and organizational skills
• Collaborative approach with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Daily Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments for students referred for speech and language concerns
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to support student goals
• Deliver evidence-based therapy services in group and individual settings
• Monitor, document, and report on student progress in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Consult regularly with teachers and staff to integrate speech and language strategies into classroom activities
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to an inclusive educational environment
• Educate and support families regarding speech and language disorders, resources, and home practice techniques
