Part-Time Sales Associate

The Retail Sales Associate at Fascinations is an integral part of our store's success, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Greet customers and create a warm, respectful shopping experience that supports comfort and privacy. Provide knowledgeable, professional product guidance and answer questions about merchandise, fit, and wellness use in a discreet manner. Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process transactions, and handle cash/card procedures following store policies. Maintain store presentation: restock merchandise, organize displays, and ensure visual standards are met. Support inventory tasks including receiving deliveries, tagging items, and conducting basic stock counts. Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals through consultative selling and relationship building. Participate in team meetings and complete required training to stay current on product knowledge, safety, and company policies. Skills & Qualifications Qualifications Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Customer-service orientation with strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Comfortable discussing sensitive topics professionally and maintaining strict customer confidentiality. Reliable availability for part-time shifts, including evenings and weekends as scheduled. Basic numeracy and ability to operate a POS system; reliable attention to cash handling procedures. Preferred: Previous retail or sales experience, especially in apparel, lingerie, or wellness categories. Familiarity with intimacy or personal wellness products and a commitment to nonjudgmental customer care. Bilingual skills (Spanish) or additional language proficiency. Experience with visual merchandising or inventory management systems.
