Role Summary:
The Rollover Specialist will represent Mutual of America Financial Group in a sales and customer service capacity supporting all participants. The Rollover Specialist will report into the Director, Participant Accounts, Asset Retention.
Responsibilities:
- Retain assets of terminated participants by contacting and informing them of features and benefits of Mutual of America Rollover IRA
- Provide inbound support for IRA Rollover and annuity exchange requests
- Contact target customers to cross-sell financial products
- Follow up with external financial service provider to ensure that rollover / exchange requirements are completed in a timely manner
- Participates in marketing and asset retention programs
Required Qualifications:
- At least two years of sales experience or equivalent industry experience
- Individual sales experience and being comfortable with cold calling
- General business acumen with strong motivation and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, processing paperwork while on the phone
- Active FINRA Series 6 and 63 or must obtain within the first 180 days of employment
- Active State Life and Health Insurance License (in all states covered) required or obtained within 180 days of employment
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Knowledge of products underwritten by the company (401k / 403b retirement plans and Traditional / Roth IRA's)

The salary range below describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this role. The role is also eligible for an annual bonus, whereby total compensation may exceed this range depending on individual and / or company performance.
Base Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000
