Strategic Operations Manager Greater Phoenix Area $85,000 - $100,000 Performance Bonus A well-established organization is seeking a Strategic Operations Manager to help lead high-impact business initiatives, improve organizational effectiveness, and support long-term growth objectives. This highly visible role will partner with leaders across multiple business functions to streamline operations, manage critical projects, and develop solutions that improve performance, scalability, and efficiency. Responsibilities Manage strategic initiatives and special projects from planning through execution Evaluate current business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement Lead cross-functional efforts to increase efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance business performance Gather and analyze data to support recommendations and decision-making Create reports, presentations, and executive-level updates Facilitate project meetings and maintain stakeholder alignment Partner with department leaders to implement new processes and drive adoption Track project progress, deliverables, and organizational priorities Support business transformation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement efforts Requirement 3 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, or a related industry Proven success managing projects and leading cross-functional initiatives Strong background in business operations, process improvement, or strategic planning Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights Strong communication and presentation skills with leadership teams Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, and managing multiple priorities Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
