Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

**CTG is seeking to fill a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer position for our client.** **Location:** Phoenix, AZ **Duration:** Ongoing Contract **Responsibilities:** + Support and maintain production-grade cloud and on-prem environments. + Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters (OpenShift/GKE) for COTS applications. + Lead infrastructure migrations (on-prem, public, hybrid cloud). + Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar) and automation (Ansible, Shell, Python/Java). + Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Linux (Red Hat 8) performance. + Apply ITIL processes: change, incident, problem management, and RCA. **Skills & Experience:** + 3+ years supporting on-prem production environments (Redis, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Astronomer, etc.). + 2+ years with Terraform/IaC, Google Cloud, and Kubernetes deployments. + Hands-on experience with automation, monitoring tools, and infrastructure migrations. + Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and operational efficiency skills. + Adaptable, eager to learn new technologies. **Education:** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
