Your Role:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on patient needs.

• Provide education and training to patients, caregivers, and families.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

What You Need:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the State of Arizona.

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

• CPR certification and valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
