Join our dynamic team at Cactus Point Dental LLC as a Dental Front Office professional with Treatment Coordinator experience! We are looking for a motivated individual to help us deliver exceptional patient care in Chandler, AZ. Responsibilities:
- Manage patient scheduling and confirm appointments efficiently.
- Assist patients with treatment plans and financial arrangements.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide outstanding customer service.
- Coordinate treatment schedules with the dental team for optimal workflow.
- Ensure a welcoming and organized front office environment.
- Support the dental team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Promote a positive patient experience through effective communication.
- Proven experience in a dental front office role, preferably with Treatment Coordinator. Experience.
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and a passion for patient care.
