**Job Title: Press Brake Operator - Production**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will operate a 10-foot Amada CNC Press Brake in a dynamic production environment. You will work independently and utilize your previous experience with press brakes to contribute to the fabrication and production of metal components.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate a 10-foot Amada CNC Press Brake to cut and bend thin gauge metals, including galvanized aluminum and stainless steel.
+ Work with materials ranging from 14 to 26 gauge thickness.
+ Understand and apply G-Codes in operations, with training provided on the job if necessary.
+ Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate material cutting and fabrication.
+ Ensure the quality and precision of work by measuring and inspecting components.
+ Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
**Essential Skills**
+ Previous experience operating a Press Brake.
+ Ability to read blueprints accurately.
+ Experience with machine operation in a production environment.
+ Proficiency with using a tape measure for precise measurements.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Familiarity with G-Codes is advantageous.
+ Experience with shear, fabrication, and sheet metal work.
+ Experience on a Cincinnati or Chicago Press is beneficial.
+ Good manual dexterity and ability to work with hands.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is a production setting with open bays and limited exposure to external elements. The role requires working 50-60 hours per week, including five hours on Saturday mornings. Initial working hours are from 10/11 AM to 8:30/9:30 PM for the first 30 days, transitioning to standard hours of 5/6 AM to 1:30/2:30 PM. Safety boots are mandatory, and safety glasses and gloves will be provided. Work attire includes company-provided OmniDuct shirts, and you will work around metal and within somewhat tight spaces.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, Arizona.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
