Pay: $1,650 to $1,850 per week + monthly fuel bonuses

Position Summary:

HWY Express is hiring experienced CDL-A truck drivers for regional dry van operations based out of Phoenix, AZ. Drivers run established freight corridors with route planning designed to support consistent scheduling, steady freight movement, and reliable home time throughout the work week.

Drivers average 2,700 to 3,200 miles per week hauling no-touch dry freight while earning $1,650 to $1,850 weekly. Monthly fuel bonus opportunities provide additional earning potential based on performance and fuel efficiency.

Freight and Operations:

Regional freight operations are built around organized dispatch coordination and operational flexibility designed to keep trucks moving efficiently. Drivers operate dry van freight with no-touch loads while running planned regional routes that help reduce downtime between assignments.

Equipment:

International LT trucks are two years old or newer and equipped with APUs, with most trucks also featuring inverters. Drivers may bring a refrigerator for additional convenience while on the road. Maintenance support through Penske helps minimize downtime and support consistent operations.

Experience Required:

Candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL and at least six months of recent experience within the last twelve months. We also consider twelve months within the last three years or three years within the past decade.

Drivers must be able to maintain safe operations, communicate effectively, and support on-time deliveries throughout regional routes.
