Schedule: 2 nd shift Monday-Friday 3pm to 11:30pm
Pay: $21 to $22 per hour

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

- Manage timely put-away of containers to maintain workflow schedules.

- Proactively communicate staffing or workload concerns to management.

- Oversee cycle counts to ensure accuracy and consistency.

- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, including incorrect counts, damaged products, and relabeling issues.

Leadership & Team Management:

- Hold team members accountable and address performance issues directly.

- Manage conflict professionally and lead by example.

- Support the team during high-volume periods to ensure operational success.

Core Skills:

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- Cherry Picker, must complete cherry picker assessment test

- High attention to detail regarding inventory accuracy.

- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
