What You’ll Do
- Clean and maintain vacant apartments to prepare for new residents
- Maintain cleanliness in shared areas like the leasing office, clubhouse, hallways, and model units
- Follow cleaning checklists and ensure high standards are consistently met
- Track and report supply inventory as needed
- Identify and report maintenance issues to the onsite team
- Help maintain curb appeal by keeping entryways, walkways, and grounds free of debris
- Support the team during inspections, move-ins, and community events
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Required:
- Prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial work
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and pride in a job well done
- Availability to work Saturdays (closed on Sundays) and maintain a flexible weekday schedule
Preferred:
- Experience in apartment communities, hospitality, or commercial cleaning
- Bilingual abilities
- Familiarity with cleaning products and safe usage

Physical Requirements
This role requires frequent movement and physical activity throughout the property. Team members must be able to safely perform the following tasks:
- On your feet: 33% to 100% of the time
- Physical activities (50% to 100%):
- Bend/stoop/squat/kneel (e.g., cleaning low surfaces, collecting debris)
- Climb stairs (e.g., accessing upper-floor apartments and common areas)
- Push/pull, stand, and walk (e.g., cleaning equipment, moving carts, inspecting property)
- Reach above shoulders (e.g., dusting, storing supplies)
- Grasp/grip/turn and use finger dexterity (e.g., handling tools and cleaning equipment)
- Lifting/Carrying:
- Over 50 lbs: Rare need (less than 1%)
- 10–25 lbs: Occasional need (1% to 33%)
- Under 10 lbs: Frequent need (33% to 100%)
