HR Manager - Employee Relations/Policy Administration

Job Summary: This position within the Americas HR Service Center is responsible for delivering expert-level support in Employee Relations, Policy Management, and ADA compliance in a corporate setting. The role partners closely with employees, people leaders, HR Strategic Business Partners, and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to resolve complex work matters, ensure legal and policy compliance and promote a fair and productive work environment. In addition to core operational responsibilities, this role leads and contributes to HR projects and initiatives as assigned, including process improvements, policy enhancements, training development and facilitation, and enterprise-wide HR programs that support evolving business needs and workforce strategies. Principal Responsibilities:
- Oversee Employee Relations, Policy Management, and ADA compliance, delivering HR support to assigned business group.
- Supports corporate and business functions
- Handle escalated concerns, resolve workplace issues, enforce labor law compliance, and cultivate a positive work culture that supports employee satisfaction and productivity.
- Contribute to the creation, execution, communication, and frequent updates of company policies, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with business objectives.
- Work with COEs to conduct training sessions, including new hire orientation, leadership development, and HR policy presentations.
- Ensure ADA compliance by providing reasonable accommodations, mitigating discrimination, and supporting an inclusive environment for employees with disabilities.
- Leverage data analytics and employee feedback to evaluate business needs, review HR programs and processes, and pinpoint areas for improvement.
- Engage with other HR functions to jointly implement HR initiatives and policies.
- Lead or contribute to HR projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned.
- Support the deployment of organization-wide HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and operational readiness.
- Adherent to governmental regulations in developing HR programs.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
- Possesses comprehensive knowledge of HR principles, theories, and practices within the discipline.
- Demonstrates proficiency in HR job function with a broad understanding of industry standards and methods.
- Develops solutions for diverse situations and undertakes projects requiring evaluation and analysis, referencing policies, practices, or precedents as necessary to determine the best approach for achieving goals.
- Works independently, applying judgment and discretion, at times with limited guidance on new tasks; outcomes may be reviewed for adequacy.
- May serve as a key contact for assignments or projects and interact with professionals and management at all levels.
- Collaborate with colleagues within the function and across the organization and may represent the department internally or externally.
- Comfortable conducting training sessions virtually or in person.
- Typically, 5+ years of experience with bachelor's or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience that imparts similar knowledge and skills.
- Preferably, five or more years of Employee Relations experience.
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
