Tuckernuck Store Stylist

A Tuckernuck Store Stylist will be responsible for assisting customers and building long-term client relationships, supporting day to day store operations, and contributing to the overall success of our retail store business. This person will offer insightful, knowledgeable suggestions while styling clients on the floor, enabling them to build a strong rapport and their personal client business. They will work closely with our store management team, other stylists, and HQ partners as needed to meet and exceed financial goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position reports to the Store Manager.

Core Responsibilities

• Be a brand ambassador our team of stylists are the face of Tuckernuck. Must ensure brand integrity while upholding our core values and delivering the highest level of service.
• Contribute to a proactive selling culture that focuses on building genuine, long-term relationships. Maintain awareness and involvement with top customers.
• Support the store team by achieving and exceeding financial goals and build multiple revenue streams through walk-in traffic, clienteling, and event-generated business.
• Be a customer service champion. Ensure exemplary customer service and exceed expectations at all opportunities.
• Have a passion for the Tuckernuck brand and our offerings through detail-oriented product knowledge.
• Maintain an understanding of current market and national trends to offer insightful suggestions. Provide honest, insightful feedback to customers. Ensure operational integrity in daily routines and best practices in the store to support both our team and our customers.

Minimum Requirements

• Available to work a minimum of 20-25 hours/week, including but not limited to evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Retail or relevant customer service experience preferred but not required

• Tech savvy and/or willingness to learn

• Stellar problem-solving skills

Compensation

Compensation for the role will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience. The pay for this position will be between $20-$25 per hour. This position will be classified as part-time non-exempt.
