```Duties:```- Provide exceptional customer service to retail customers- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently- Maintain a clean and organized store environment- Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

```Qualifications:```- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions- Experience in a retail or customer service role preferred- Knowledge of SaaS (Software as a Service) products and services is a plus- Familiarity with account management and financial services is beneficial- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other retail software applications (e.g., Salesforce)- Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
