Looking for a flexible, part-time role where you can support students without the demands of lesson planning or grading? At Brightmont Academy , that’s exactly what we do. Since 1999, we’ve helped students in grades 1–12 achieve their full potential through personalized one-to-one instruction. With 25 campuses across 10 states, we create a nurturing, student-centered environment where meaningful learning happens every day.

As an Academic Success Coach in our Homework Studio, you’ll guide students during structured independent work time - helping them stay focused, complete assignments, and develop strong study habits.

About the Homework Studio

Homework Studio is a supervised, independent learning environment that complements one-to-one instruction. Students use this time to complete assignments, prepare for exams, and strengthen study and executive functioning skills in a quiet, structured setting.

What You’ll Do as an Academic Success Coach

• Supervise and support students during independent work time
• Keep students focused, organized, and on task
• Provide guidance and answer questions as needed
• Reinforce study skills and time management habits
• Create a calm, positive, and productive learning environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Education or related field preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a student-first mindset
• Ability to motivate and engage students independently
• Comfort with Google Workspace and learning platforms
• Ability to provide fingerprints (AZ, WA, only) and pass a federal background check.
