Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s or doctoral degree in School Psychology
• Valid state licensure/certification as a School Psychologist
• Experience with psychoeducational assessments, intervention planning, and individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Strong communication, consultation, and collaboration abilities
• Ability to provide crisis intervention, behavioral support strategies, and counseling services
• Previous school-based experience is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments
• Develop, implement, and help monitor individualized plans in partnership with educators, families, and administrators
• Provide direct and consultative psychological services to students, targeting behavioral, academic, and mental health needs
• Lead and contribute to multidisciplinary meetings and IEP teams
• Support the creation and sustainability of positive learning environments
• Deliver crisis intervention and counseling as needed
