Transfer For Less is a growing media transfer company specializing in digitizing memories through film, audio, video, and photo transfers. We’re a tight-knit, fun, and driven team that helps people preserve their most valuable moments with care and excellence. As we approach our busy holiday season (October through January), we’re looking for a team member who is reliable, detail-oriented, and excited to learn across different departments.

Position Overview
We’re currently hiring a Full-Time Film/Audio Tech with a primary focus in Film & Audio, but you’ll also be cross-trained in other departments such as Photos, Video Transfers, and Customer Service. You’ll be working on real client projects and gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

What You’ll Do

• Digitize 8mm, Super 8, and 16mm film using in-house equipment

• Work with audio tapes (cassette, reel-to-reel) to convert to digital formats

• Assist our customers in person and over the phone

• Organize, label, and quality-check client projects

• Assist in other areas of production when needed (video, photo scanning, etc.)

• Communicate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and job completion

Requirements

• Available to work 9 AM and 5 PM Monday - Friday

• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems

• Reliable, punctual, team player with good communication skills

• Willing to learn and grow in a production environment

• Background in audio, video, photos, and computers is preferred

Pay & Perks

• $16–$18/hour depending on experience

• Bi-Weekly pay
