Job Title: Delivery Driver

Pay Rate: $22.25 per hour paid WEEKLY

Job Description:

Join PinPoint Logistics LLC as a Delivery Driver and be a vital part of our team, ensuring the timely delivery of Amazon packages to our customers. As a delivery driver, you will operate a branded delivery van (Ford Transit-250, Dodge ProMasters 2500 cargo vans, or Rivian EVs) and navigate various routes within your community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
• Without backing up the delivery van
• Without damaging the van
• Use handheld devices for routing information and customer delivery information.
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area.
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions, including Arizona’s summer heat.
• Load and unload packages to be delivered.
• Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
• Perform the following tasks on a repetitive basis:
• Lift packages to 60 lbs.
• Able to get in and out of the van and walk up and down stairs throughout your shift.
• Problem-solve any issues that arise while on the road.
• Issues with the delivery application, phone, and or GPS-related issues.
• Maintain a working phone with active service for applications like ADP and Amazon Chime.
• Be a team player and be willing to help when and where needed.

Schedule:

• Shift: 9:15 AM to 6:30 PM (+/-) (Start time NOT flexible and no partial shifts)
• The current schedule we are hiring for is Open availability for up to 60-days to help out the team where we need it the most. After 60-days of OPEN AVAILABILITY, we could discuss a perfered scheduled but one weekend day is required. As it's getting hotter outside, we will prioritize two days on and two days off shifts to ensure rest between shifts.
• Weekends and holidays are required. If you have specific questions, please ask.

Overtime is offered based on business need and driver performance.

Basic Requirements:

** MUST be reliable to show up for your confirmed schedule (weekend availability is MANDATORY, including Holidays- if you can’t commit to weekends, then please do not apply. Preferred schedules are earned over time with attitude, attendance, and performance) **

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must have a clean driving record (no suspensions).
• Must pass a background check (no criminal background).
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• Must be willing to work in Arizona’s heat during the summer.
• Must be reliable for shifts scheduled.
• Comfortable using smartphones and GPS technology
• Comfortable sitting, standing, and walking for long periods throughout shift (including climbing stairs as required)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous delivery driver experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
