Job Summary:

Order planning specialists play a crucial role in corporate operations. They are mainly responsible for handling various order - related affairs of the company, ensuring the smooth and efficient order process. They serve as a key link connecting multiple departments such as sales, production, logistics, and finance. They are of great significance for enhancing customer satisfaction, ensuring the normal operation of the company's business, and promoting the growth of the company's economic benefits.

Duties and responsibilities

(1) Order Processing and Review

· Timely receive orders from the sales department, conduct a comprehensive and meticulous review of the order content, evaluate the feasibility of the orders. Combine the production capacity plan of the base and the actual capacity level, coordinate with relevant internal departments to comprehensively assess the order - receiving capacity of the base, and put forward reasonable suggestions and solutions.

· Timely feedback the results of the sales review.

(2) Order Tracking and Progress Feedback

· Establish and maintain a comprehensive order - tracking mechanism, closely monitor every key node throughout the entire process from order generation to delivery (the main contents include daily plan tracking, work order completion tracking, finished product shipping plan tracking, etc.). Proactively and promptly feedback the order execution progress to the sales team and superiors. For potential abnormal situations such as expected delivery delays, product shortages, and logistics disruptions, issue early warnings and elaborate on the reasons, as well as the expected solutions and time points, so as to reduce customer concerns.

· Regarding various problems and emergencies that occur during the order execution process, actively coordinate internal resources to promote the rapid resolution of these issues. Ensure that orders can be delivered as per the original plan as much as possible.

(3).Data Analysis and Reporting

· Regularly collect, organize, and analyze order - related data, such as the number of orders, product sales distribution, order delivery cycle, order exception rate, etc. Through data analysis, uncover potential business patterns and problems, providing data support and decision - making basis for the company's sales strategy formulation, production plan arrangement, inventory management optimization, and customer relationship maintenance.

· Based on the results of data analysis, write detailed and accurate order analysis reports, clearly presenting the operation status of order business, the completion of key indicators, existing problems, and improvement suggestions. Report to the company's management and relevant departments according to the specified time nodes, providing powerful data insights and decision - making references for the company's operational management.

(4) Document Management and Collaborative Work

· Be responsible for sorting, filing, and storing various order - related documents and materials, including sales contracts, original order records, order change notices, etc. Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and traceability of the documents and materials for subsequent inquiries, audits, and reviews.

· Maintain close collaboration and communication with multiple internal departments of the company, such as the sales department, production department, procurement department, logistics department, and finance department. Share order - related information in a timely manner and jointly solve various problems that occur during the order execution process to ensure the smooth operation of the company's overall business process.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, science, or relevant fields.
  • Have 1 - 3 years of work experience in order processing, sales support, logistics follow - up, or related fields. Be familiar with order management processes and operating norms. Those with experience in the photovoltaic manufacturing industry are preferred.

  • For fresh graduates, if they have relevant internship experience, perform outstandingly, and have strong learning and adaptability, they can also be considered.

  • Solid computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Possess certain analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a demanding environment.
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in production planning or material control within a manufacturing environment is advantageous
  • Familiar with production planning, warehousing principles, cost control, and material management.
  • Proficiency in the application of business software or modules such as OPP, ERP, MES, WMS.
  • Proficient in English; Mandarin a plus.
