Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and service-oriented Receptionist / Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for patients and plays a key role in creating a welcoming, professional environment while ensuring smooth front-office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries in a timely manner
• Schedule consultations, follow-up appointments, and procedures
• Verify patient information and maintain accurate records in the EMR system
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient flow
• Provide patients with forms, instructions, and general practice information
• Process payments and assist with financial discussions when needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience at every interaction

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of medical receptionist or healthcare front desk experience preferred
• Experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, or medical aesthetics is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable using EMR systems and scheduling software
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
