Job Overview

Our Client is seeking a highly hands-on Data Analyst to support the execution and documentation of loyalty promotions. This role is focused on keyboard-level work —setting up, testing, and deploying promotions in close partnership with the Data Integrity and Loyalty teams.

The ideal candidate can jump in immediately with little to no ramp-up time , understands promotional data flows, and is comfortable owning execution from setup through deployment while ensuring accuracy and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and deploy loyalty promotions within Our Client’s systems

• Execute hands-on data and promotional setup work with a high level of accuracy

• Validate data integrity before and after promotion deployment

• Document promotion logic, setup steps, and outcomes clearly and thoroughly

• Partner closely with Data Integrity and Loyalty teams to ensure promotions meet business requirements

• Troubleshoot issues related to promo setup, data discrepancies, or deployment failures

• Support short-term, execution-heavy initiatives with speed and attention to detail

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role supporting promotions, loyalty, or retail data

• Strong hands-on experience with data execution and system configuration (not a strategy-only role)

• Ability to work independently and begin contributing immediately with minimal onboarding

• High attention to detail and comfort working with complex datasets

• Strong documentation skills and ability to clearly explain processes and findings

• Experience working cross-functionally with business and technical teams

Nice to Have

• Retail or grocery industry experience

• Prior experience supporting loyalty programs or promotional systems

• SQL or similar data querying experience

• Familiarity with promotion lifecycle management tools
