A&A Cooling & Heating is seeking a collaborative, organized, and customer service-driven person to join our Apache Junction, AZ team as a full-time Office Assistant - HVAC Dispatcher ! You'll be communicating with customers, technicians, and installers to promptly address problems and ensure smooth, seamless service. QUICK INFO:

Pay: Depending on experience, you'll earn $20.00 - $24.00/hour.

Schedule: Typical working hours are 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday.

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:

As our Office Assistant - HVAC Dispatcher, you can expect to:

• Answer incoming phone calls from customers, respond to questions, and deliver professional customer service
• Review daily schedules and efficiently dispatch field technicians to jobs
• Close out jobs and track daily activities
• Participate in cross-training for administrative duties

What You Need:

• Solid customer service skills
• Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Word, and Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team spirit with the ability to efficiently dispatch technicians
• Experience using dispatch software - desired
• HVAC industry experience - desired
