We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have an Escrow Manager opportunity with a national Title Company for their office located in Scottsdale, AZ. This leader will oversee daily operations, manage and develop staff, maintain strong customer and partner relationships, and ensure the branch meets its strategic and financial objectives.

The Escrow Manager is responsible for below specific duties.

This position is a permanent, direct-hire role.

Your specific duties will include:

• Establish and maintain business relationships.
• Hire, train, and develop new staff.
• Independently manage a file from Sales Contract through Closing.
• Conduct closings at the table.
• Ensure daily branch operations are conducted in accordance with company standards.
• Establish and monitor processes for accurate and timely title production, scheduling, closing preparation, closing, and post-closing.
• Coordinate with internal teams (land, construction, sales, accounting, mortgage) to ensure smooth operational transitions and support.
• Ability to manage high-volume operations (approximately 75 closings per month).

Management Responsibilities

• Ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet department needs.
• Utilize recruiting and selection tools to build organizational talent.
• Delegate work effectively based on employee abilities and skills.
• Evaluate employee performance and determine compensation actions accordingly.
• Identify and provide internal and external training and development opportunities.

Required qualifications for the position include:

• Notary Public.
• Escrow Officer License.
• Closing Experience
• Strong leadership and delegation skills.
• Specialized knowledge of RESPA and company underwriting guidelines.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and OneNote.

Preferred qualifications for the position include:

• Minimum of 4 years' Escrow Operations Experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role or above.
• SoftPro experience is a plus.

Salary Range - $120K range base salary plus 20% annual bonus

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
