Critical Infrastructure Construction - Midwest USA Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Travelling Superintendent to lead field operations on some of the largest and most complex data center construction projects in the United States . This is a unique opportunity to work on mission-critical facilities for global technology leaders, with projects exceeding $700 million in value .

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams across multiple trades.
• Drive compliance with project specifications, building codes, and client standards.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and communicate progress to project leadership.
• Champion a culture of safety and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in large-scale commercial or industrial construction, preferably data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Proven track record managing projects $500M+ in value.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the U.S. (project-based assignments).
• Deep understanding of scheduling, logistics, and quality control for complex builds.
