Title: Associate Manufacturing Operator - 2nd Shift
Schedule - (2:00AM to 10:30PM, M-F)
Location: Marana, AZ 85653 (Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months Contract (Possibility of extension)
Pay rate: $19.89/hr on W2
Candidates must also be willing to work 2 Saturdays/month if production demands require it. This is truly a second shift position - please verify candidate interest in 2nd shift work prior to submitting them to the requisition. Job description:
Assemble products following specifications
Ensure quality control during assembly
Maintain production efficiency
Operate tools and machinery safely
Report issues to supervisors
Cross train on multiple stations
Runs automated systems/equipment and sequences of operation, including: equipment setup, operation, and cleaning; monitoring and performing basic troubleshooting. Position Requirements:
• 0–5 years of experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities
-Strong attention to detail
-Willing to collaborate and work in a team environment
• Proficiency in industry tools/software
-Must be able to stand for long periods of time
-Must be able to lift 50 lbs
-Experience with automated manufacturing equipment in a regulated environment. Education:
-Highschool diploma or GED
-Associates degree is preferred but not required #TB_PH
