Administrative Assistant

APS is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join one of our clients in Casa Grande, AZ.

• Pay rate: $20-$25/hour
• Bilingual candidates preferred
• Standard admin position - may need to drive an APS vehicle to project sites to assess project types (training will be provided on this).
  • Due to needing to drive an APS vehicle, a driving record screening will be required for this role (screening requirements are on the Company Access Request form).
• Contractor will be working Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4pm

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

High school graduate or GED and 3 years of related experience OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Has extensive knowledge in specialized functions, a wide and comprehensive acquaintance of the work with an understanding of, both general and specific phases of the job and their practical applications to complex problems and situations ordinarily encountered. Advanced and demonstrated experience working with computer software applications, electronic mail systems and applicable department and/or administrative support systems.
