What You’ll Do

• Plan, organize, and execute inspiring charity and community events across the U.S.
• Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and local partners to bring each event to life
• Manage logistics, timelines, and on-site operations for seamless event experiences
• Collaborate daily with a close-knit, energetic in-office team that loves what they do

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Location: In-office (small, collaborative, and upbeat environment)
• Training: Hands-on guidance provided - no prior event experience required!

Who You Are

• An excellent communicator who loves connecting with people
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects with ease
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven setting
• Experience in events, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
