- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leadsfrom first conversation to signed agreement
- Know our offerings of residential home automation, audio, video, lighting, shades deeply enough to translate them into clear, compelling solutions. Bonus points for experience in electrical sales
- Conduct sales calls, site visits, and follow-ups with consistency and care
- Create accurate quotes and proposals (no mystery math, no crossed fingers)
- Coordinate closely with operations, project teams, and leadership to ensure smooth handoffs
- Track activity, opportunities, and forecasts in our CRM so nothing falls through the cracks
- Maintain and grow existing client relationshipsbecause retention is revenues quieter cousin
- You hit (and often exceed) sales targets without burning bridges
- Clients trust you and come back

- You proactively spot opportunities and risks before they become problems
- You take ownershipfrom first hello to final handshake
- Proven experience in sales (B2B preferred, but good instincts count too)
- Strong communication skillsclear, warm, and direct

- Comfort juggling multiple deals, timelines, and personalities
- Basic tech fluency (CRM systems, email, spreadsheets)
- A bias toward follow-throughyou do what you say youll do
- Have experience in a technical, construction, or residential service-based industry
- Can read a room and adjust your approach accordingly
