Our brand-new facility is dedicated to providing advanced, personalized skincare solutions in a luxurious, client-focused environment. We are building a passionate team of skincare professionals who are excited to launch and grow with us from day one.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Licensed Esthetician to join our founding team. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced professionals and recent beauty school graduates eager to start their career in a premium med spa setting. You will deliver exceptional skincare services, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to establishing our spa's reputation for outstanding results and personalized care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough skin assessments to identify individual client needs, concerns, and treatment goals.
• Provide personalized skincare treatments, including customized facials, chemical peels, and other advanced esthetic services.
• Educate clients on effective at-home skincare routines, product recommendations, and maintenance for long-term results.
• Perform professional hair removal services such as waxing, threading, or other approved methods.
• Recommend and retail high-quality products tailored to clients' specific skin types, conditions, and goals.
• Stay current on the latest skincare trends, techniques, ingredients, and industry advancements through ongoing education and training.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming treatment environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless client experience and support spa operations.

Qualifications:

• Active Licensed Esthetician (required; state license in good standing).
• Open to new graduates fresh out of beauty school — we welcome enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
• Previous experience in a spa, salon, or med spa environment is a plus but not required.
• Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, facial modalities, and basic hair removal techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills with a warm, professional demeanor and ability to build rapport.
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to educate and recommend products effectively.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Passion for skincare and helping clients achieve their best skin.
