Position Purpose: Our Baristas will be responsible for executing the Starbucks Experience for Bashas customers by providing customers with prompt service quality beverages and products and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment.

Responsibilities: A Barista is a responsible friendly person who can safely work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.

A Baristas responsibilities include:

• Provide quality beverages whole bean and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
• Follow health safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Act with integrity honesty and knowledge that promote the culture values and the mission of both Bashas and Starbucks
• Operating a register and accurately handle customer cash credit/debit payments and change
• Assisting all customers by providing information and resolving any complaints
• Assisting with stocking shelves facing cleaning and dusting as needed
• Maintaining Safety and Sanitation standards throughout the store
• All other related duties as assigned

Employees may occasionally experience the following physical demands for an extended period:

Standing Sitting Lifting Stocking (Up to 50 lbs.) Pushing Keyboarding Telephone Use Walking Bending
