Payroll Admin

Job Description Monitor and manage the payroll departments group email inbox.  Assign incoming emails to appropriate payroll administrators for resolution.  Respond to internal and external data requests, including those from other departments and outside auditors.  Assist in the preparation and execution of month-end tasks for the payroll department.  Support monthly account reconciliations and preparation of journal entries.  Contribute to the reconciliation and preparation of payroll-related tax returns.  Maintain and update payroll records in Laserfiche, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
