Cruise Niche Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and vacation goals.
• Research and recommend cruise lines, ships, itineraries, stateroom categories, and vacation packages.
• Coordinate cruise reservations, dining requests, shore excursions, transfers, travel protection, and pre/post-cruise accommodations.
• Provide clients with accurate pricing, promotions, and travel documentation.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients before, during, and after travel.
• Stay informed on cruise industry trends, destinations, supplier promotions, and travel requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with cruise suppliers and industry partners.
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, social media, and marketing initiatives.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve travel-related concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed client records and booking information.

Qualifications

• Strong passion for travel and the cruise industry preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client inquiries.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn booking platforms and travel technology.
• Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude.
