What You'll Do

• Lead and participate in the installation of metal and wall panel systems on commercial projects, ensuring work meets safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

• Supervise and train field crews, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

• Coordinate daily operations, including labor, materials, and scheduling, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Conduct regular safety meetings and site inspections, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.

• Monitor project progress, proactively address on-site challenges, and minimize delays or rework.

• Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and effective material coordination.

• Maintain accurate records of job progress, material usage, and crew hours, and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.

• Assist with budget tracking and project cost management to support financial objectives.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial wall panel or metal installation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.

• Proficiency in commercial wall panel systems and metal installation, including ACM, IMP, single skin, and standing seam roof systems.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a hands-on approach to technical work.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• OSHA 30 Certification preferred; additional roofing or construction certifications are a plus.

• Ability to work at heights, in various weather conditions, and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
