Senior A&P Mechanic - Sign-on Bonus - Off Duty Housing
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $35,000. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior A&P Mechanic to join our maintenance team in Safford, AZ. This role is essential to ensuring the safety, reliability, and performance of our light aircraft fleet. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a commitment to excellence in aviation maintenance.
Location & Schedule:Safford, AZ. Schedule Full-time 7 & 7. Travel between bases is required. Off Duty Housing Provided.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on light aircraft to ensure airworthiness and compliance with FAA regulations.
Diagnose and repair mechanical and avionics issues, including sheet metal repair and avionics troubleshooting/repair.
Maintain detailed maintenance records and documentation as required by the FAA and company policies.
Work collaboratively with the operations team to minimize downtime and optimize aircraft performance.
Travel between bases
Perform maintenance tasks during night shifts as dictated by operational requirements.
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent.
FAA Mechanic Certificate with both Airframe and Powerplant ratings.
At least 2 years of experience as a certified mechanic performing maintenance on light aircraft.
Basic communication and computer skills.
Experience in sheet metal repair and/or avionics troubleshooting/repair is highly desirable.
Must be able to pass a pre-placement physical exam, including a functional capacity exam (strength and flexibility assessment, lifting up to 100 pounds), drug screening, and background check.
