Lead Precast Foreman

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Precast Foreman to join our team in Mesa, AZ. As a key leader in our precast operations, you will oversee daily activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in all production processes. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of precast workers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project specifications.
• Coordinate daily operations, including scheduling, material handling, and equipment management.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions to promote a culture of safety on the job site.
• Oversee crane operation, rigging, and load handling to ensure safe and efficient lifting of precast elements.
• Monitor production quality and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the precast process.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain accurate records of production, safety incidents, and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10) is required.
• Valid Forklift License.
• Experience in crane operation, rigging, and load handling.
• Proven leadership skills with a strong ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in precast concrete operations is preferred.
