Lead HR Administrative Assistant (Internal Team Members Only)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management in written and verbal forms.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Human Resources Office.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in all matters and keep records and files confidential.
- Greets and welcomes all guests as soon as they a1Tive with a quick, attentive, friendly and
- professional manner.
- Answer telephones and transfers to appropriate staff member.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages and/or deliveries daily.
- Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, photocopying, and filing of employee.

- Ensure conference rooms are clean and ready for next use.
- Keep a safe and clean reception area. Manage HR leadership calendar and scheduling needs.
- Maintain inventories for all departmental supplies.
- Compose meeting agendas and minutes.
- Support the reconciliation and administration of the department budget.
- Promote and maintain the highest level of guest service to all, while staying alert to their needs.
- Resolves Guest concerns within the scope of authority; otherwise refer the matter to leadership.
- All other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly supervises multiple team members. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training team members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining team members; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience as a receptionist, front office representative, human resources support role, or similar role required.
- Experience in use of HRIS with a high degree of accuracy preferred.
- Demonstrated supervision, leadership & coaching skills.
- Must be computer literate and have knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or other computer and HR Software.
- Ability to evaluate courses of action and reach sound, non-judgmental management decisions and resolutions.
- Must possess strong organizational and time management skills.
