Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient

Shift: Day Shift | 5 Days/Week | 33 Hours Guaranteed
HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Travel PT to join a collaborative rehab team in Prescott, Arizona . This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive setting while exploring the beauty of Northern Arizona.
Position Details:
13-week contract
Monday–Friday day schedule
32 hours guaranteed/week
Outpatient caseload
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited PT program
Arizona PT license required for submission (or must have already applied with ETA for approval)
Current BLS certification
Minimum 1 year of professional PT experience preferred
