At Arizona Senior Moving Company, we help seniors and their families through one of life’s biggest transitions — moving into a new home. Our packing and organizing team removes the stress and restores the joy by ensuring every client feels settled, comfortable, and cared for on day one.

What You’ll Do

• Carefully pack, organize, and set up homes for seniors moving into new spaces

• Create peaceful, organized environments with care and attention to detail

• Collaborate with teammates to complete moves efficiently and beautifully

• Interact kindly and respectfully with clients and their families

• Represent Arizona Senior Moving Company’s standards of professionalism and warmth

• Occasionally drive a small box truck to and from job sites (training provided)

• Reliable and flexible — available Monday through Friday (hours vary)

• Excellent communication and listening skills

• A calm, positive, and team-oriented approach

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Compassion for seniors and families navigating change

• Comfortable learning new systems and following established processes

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• U.S. work authorization and ability to pass a background check

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move efficiently during the workday

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, mobile apps)

Pay: $20–$24/hour, based on experience
Job Type: Part-Time (Flexible weekday hours)
