Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $17–$20 per hour (DOE)
Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday: 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM

• Friday: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM

Our practice is built on a foundation of exceptional patient care, teamwork, and attention to detail . You'll be the first point of contact for our patients-setting the tone for an outstanding dental experience.

• Greet and check-in patients with professionalism and warmth

• Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling and questions

• Verify dental insurance and ensure accurate patient records

• Prepare the daily schedule and support smooth office flow

• Conduct treatment follow-up calls to support case acceptance

• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to deliver excellent care

• Dental experience preferred but not required

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

• Experience with Denticon (a plus)

• 8 modern operatories

• Patient-centered, conservative care philosophy
