Special Education Teacher (25/26 SY)

AB Staffing Solutions is hiring experienced Special Education Teachers for the 2025–2026 school year in Phoenix, AZ and the surrounding West Valley area. Join a supportive school community where your expertise helps students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Position Details:

• Location: Phoenix (positions also available in Glendale, Surprise, Peoria, and the West Valley).
• Schedule: Full-time, 37.5–40 hours per week.
• Calendar: Follows the school district schedule (weekends and holidays off!).
• Contract: Full 2025–2026 school year.
• Pay: Up to $2,200 per week (DOE and location).

As a Special Education Teacher, you’ll:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Adapt curriculum and instruction to meet students’ diverse learning needs.
• Deliver engaging lessons and data-driven interventions.
• Maintain consistent communication with families and staff.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
• Track and document student progress in compliance with state and district standards.
• Collaborate with general education teachers and related service providers.
• Participate in professional growth and development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in relation to Special Education from an accredited college or university.
• Valid Arizona Teaching Certificate with Special Education EC–12 Certification (required).
• Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Driver’s license (required for school travel if applicable).
• At least one year of experience teaching students with various disabilities (preferred).
• Strong organizational, communication, and classroom management skills.
